Lorenz's Paralogue. We are heading to Gloucester territory to put Acheron in his place for stirring up trouble. Unlike the map we just played, this map is condensed, and my units are pretty much already surrounded by enemy forces. So unlike the previous map where I was comfortable going after all the enemies to take them out, this map can be a bit more tricky to do so. The Fighters and Mercenaries are equipped with Silver weapons so they are a bit harder hitting and a bit faster than the Steel Axe Brigands from Ingrid's Paralogue. However, the biggest danger in this map are the Pegasus Knights. They have around 20 AS, 30 Atk, 50 evade, high movement, and there's a number of them spread out around the map. They become extremely dangerous to my team once a few of them start moving because they just cover a lot of space on the map while threating a kill on a number of my units.

I can get a quick kill on this map by simply using Stride and some rallies and flying Ingrid straight down for a 2x hit to defeat Acheron with an Iron Lance+, but I want to stay in the map at least for a bit in order to have the time to take out the Thieves in the corners to take their item drops. And also to get a bit of exp in the process from fighting in the map.

Dimitri continues to impress on this run. With having over 30 Defense he is able to easily keep the entire right side of the map in check, allowing me to focus the efforts of my remaining units to take out some of the enemies in the center and then cover the left. The decision to complete Ingrid's paralogue first pays off dividends as maxing out the Duscur Heavy Soldiers and picking up the Luin help tremendously in making Dimitri a one man army. The ability to OHKO the enemy Mages is a crucial part of the strategy as it safely removes the only enemies that can damage Dimitri.

I start the map by using Ingrid to Reposition Dimitri over the wall on the right, and have him immediately dunk one of the Mages, while taking advantage of Canto to escape out of the range of the second Mage. The rest of my units step forward a bit to hold the fort taking out the immediate enemies in the center of the map. Some of the enemies start to move towards me in the center and I make use of a few gambits to help with crowd control and to stun enemies to slow their advance. Once things are under control, I start using Ingrid as a unit to bait out enemy Pegasi into approaching me so I can quickly dispatch them with my own bow users.

Dimitri used Follow Me!

By throwing Dimitri into the fray, eventually the remaining enemies on the map start to mobilize, but by this point I have a lot more breathing room to work with so they are no longer a threat to handle. I lower the vertical drawbridge and have Acheron run towards my main forces, and am easily able to take him out completing the map. We pick up the Thyrsus and the Gloucester Knights for our troubles, and now some real magic fun can begin.

Two Divine Pulse uses for this map, both due to minor errors of placing a unit in an enemy's attack range without making sure that they were equipped with the proper weapon and being punshed with a 2x hit and a KO both times.
